Pets
Pets are allowed. Please inquire about pricing.
Group size
For groups of more than 26, please inquire about pricing.
Weddings
Our wedding packages start at $75,000 and includes all four Hilltop Properties.
Pools
The pools open around May 15th and close around September 15th. Those dates vary dependent on the weather. Heating is available, ask for pricing.
Do you provide propane for the gas grills?
Yes
Are linens supplied?
Yes, professionally cleaned and pressed, hotel- quality linens are supplied. All beds are made prior to your arrival.
Do you allow music?
No outdoor music is allowed. Indoor music can be played at a reasonable volume. Our property is located in a residential area and we respect the surrounding areas.
Do you supply towels?
Yes, we supply bath towels and face cloths. We suggest you bring beach towels for the pool.
What temperature is the pool?
The pool temperature will vary depending on the weather. We do offer an option to heat the pools for an additional fee.
What size bed does each bedroom have?
The master suite has one king bed. Bedroom 2 has four twin beds (two bunk beds). Bedrooms 3 thru 8 and bedrooms 10 and 11 each have one queen bed. Bedroom 9 has two queen beds. There are 15 beds total in the mansion, one king, four twins and ten queens.
What is the bedroom / bathroom layout?
Bedroom 1 = private bathroom
Bedroom 2&3 = shared bathroom
Bedroom 4 = hallway bathroom
Bedroom 5&6 = shared bathroom
Bedroom 7 = hallway bathroom
Bedroom 8 = private bathroom
Bedroom 9 = hallway bathroom
Bedroom 10&11 = shared bathroom
What is supplied in each kitchen?
Each kitchen has standard pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, coffee mugs, coffee pot and toaster.
What kind of coffee machines are there. Are coffee filters supplied?
There are two single serve Keurigs, a Nespresso machine, and a three burner Bunn drip machine. Coffee filters are provided, but there are no coffee pods or grinds.
Do you supply garbage bags?
No. We only supply an initial garbage bag in each can upon your arrival.
Do you supply basketballs?
Yes.
How do we get the key to enter the home?
Someone will meet you at the home to check you in and provide the door code.
Do you have a washer and dryer?
Yes. The washer takes liquid.
Do you supply dish detergent for the dishwasher?
Yes.
Is there daily housekeeping available?
Yes, we offer mid-stay or daily housekeeping services, upon request for an additional fee of $35 per hour per housekeeper with a minimum of two hours.
Can I bring my Pet?
Yes, our rental is pet friendly. A pet fee and additional security deposit will be required. For more information, please contact us.
Do you allow smoking?
Smoking is not permitted inside the home, but we provide designated area outside for smoking. We ask that cigarette butts are properly disposed of and not discarded on the property.
Do you supply toilet paper?
There are two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. We suggest you bring additional toilet paper.
Do you have a conference room?
Yes, we do have a conference room which is available for business meetings. With the owners pre approval, it is also available for rent for special events or parties.
Is there internet access?
Yes, there is high speed wifi throughout the mansion. A password will be provided upon check-in.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Normal check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m., however we do offer early check-in and late check-out times for a fee with the owners approval.
